PNA by Pragati Arora may from time to time come up with deals or offers on this site and their associate / partner sites and or their and their partners / associates social media handles, these deals and or offers may vary based on different collaborations and or associations and no two deals or offers can be clubbed at one time, there are certain types of limited deals which can be issued, or cancelled by us as part of scheme. The terms for these deals, offers or schemes will be decided by PNA by Pragati Arora at the time of the launch and may vary from case to case and these will be deemed as acceptable to you. It will be on sole discretion of PNA by Pragati Arora to change/modify/add/delete any of the terms and conditions prevailing on the different promotional scheme and or on different platforms as and when, introduced in market from time to time and the same will be deemed as acceptable to you.
Billing and Card Payments
The price of our merchandise is inclusive of the taxes. The taxes charged shall depend upon the destination where the order must be shipped. The tax rate applied to the order will be the combined tax rate for both state and local tax rates in accordance with the destination where the order is being shipped. we reserve the right to collect taxes for shipping charges wherever applicable.
You agree, understand, and confirm that the credit card details provided by you for availing of services on PNA by Pragati Arora will be correct and precise and you shall not use the credit card which is not lawfully owned by you, i.e., in a card transaction (Credit / Debit Card’s), you must use your own card. You further agree and undertake to provide the correct and valid card details as and when prompted during your purchase on this site to PNA by Pragati Arora will not be liable for any card fraud. The liability for use of a card fraudulently will be on you (The User and or Customer) and the onus to ‘prove otherwise’ shall be exclusively on you.
You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to third party payment gateways, software’s, and apps etc., (Tools) and any use by you of these offered through the site is entirely at your own risk and discretion and you should ensure that you are familiar with and approve of the terms which are provided by the relevant third-party provider(s).
You agree that by using the tools of third-party provider(s) on this site, you do not hold us liable for whatsoever reason arising from or relating to your use of optional third-party tools.
Cancellation of Orders by us
Please note that we at PNA by Pragati Arora develop and design prints and customise as per your order and measurements, there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and need to cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled shall include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, any other problems identified or any defect regarding the quality of the product. We may also require additional verifications or information before accepting any order. We will contact you if all or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your card has been charged, the said amount will be reversed back in your Card and or Account as the case may be.
Cancellations by the Customer
In case of requests for order cancellations, we reserve the right to accept or reject requests for order cancellations for any reason. As part of usual business practice, if we receive a cancellation notice and the order has not been processed, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount at our sole discretion, A request for cancellation of order shall be considered and looked into only if they are made within 24 (twenty-four) hours of booking after the order successfully placed on the site. We will not be able to cancel orders that have already been processed, full right to decide whether an order has been processed or not will be at full discretion of PNA by Pragati Arora, the ” Ready to Ship ” collection products are exempted from this and no cancellation requests will be accepted for the same. The user and or customer agrees not to dispute the decision made by PNA by Pragati Arora including all decision’s regarding the cancellation intimated by PNA by Pragati Arora, In the event of cancellation of order by the customer, it will be sole discretion of PNA by Pragati Arora to provide voucher and or refund for the amount paid towards the cancelled order.
Resolution of any concern and or dispute post purchase by customer and or sale by us
We at PNA by Pragati Arora respects customers opinion and will review all concerns and disputes arising post sale, provided the request is raised within 24 hours of receipt of goods by the user by email alone. In case the user fails to intimate within 24hours of receipt of goods, the order shall be deemed to be accurate and you hereby waive any right to dispute the order with PNA by Pragati Arora. The Firm can decline to entertain requests after due consideration in line with the policy’s and these terms of services.
User Submission, Comment, Communication, and feedback
We do not claim ownership of any materials you make available to us independently or at our request for use on our site. It will be our (PNA by Pragati Arora) sole discretion to use such materials (Photo’s, Videos, Image’s including texts or music) may be included in the Service in whole or in part or in a modified form. With respect to such materials, you submit or make available for inclusion on the Site, you grant PNA by Pragati Arora a continuous, irrevocable, non-terminable, worldwide, royalty- free, and non-exclusive license to use with complete immunity to copy, distribute, publicly display, modify, such submission for this site and other social media handles of PNA by Pragati Arora, you further indemnify us for any comments received on such submission on any media platform and that you will not have any claim and or dispute for any such comments for your submissions

You further agree that your comments and or communication and or feedback will not contain defamatory or unlawful, abusive, or offensive material, or contain any computer virus and or malware that could in any way affect the operation of the service or any related website.
