We Value your shopping experience and take utmost care to ensure that your order / purchase reaches you as expected, but if something is not right, we look forward to hear from you

As standard firm protocol we do not endorse any return or exchange policy irrespective of a domestic or international order, as most of our garments and or products are customized, except in case of the below mentioned exceptional situations:

  1. Order placed by you, cannot be confirmed by us on account of any reason, including nonavailability of size, simultaneous receipt of order confirmations etc.,
  2. If the services you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective.
  3. If there is an irreparable issue with client’s orders, where in the product / Clothes sizes are completely different as compared to the sizes confirmed / ordered by client.

In case of any of the above scenarios, the user must notify us about the issue over a call or WhatsApp during business hour including an email clearly stating all the concerns clearly with images clearly demonstrating the problems faced in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving the product. Details are mandatory to be sent by email within 24 hours for us to consider the concern, any email received post 24 hours will not be entertained. Once we have reviewed your email, it will be at our sole discretion to call the garment / outfit back to us and only on receiving our email confirmation the User and or Customer will have the right to return the product and or outfit back to us, the customer will be responsible to pick-up products, sent to us prior to receipt of confirmation from us.On receipt of garment and or product and or outfit and or clothes, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return and/or exchange of the rejected piece lies with us and us alone and only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. We will further examine if the outfit returned is used or not and if the same is in properly received byus, you are required to return the outfit in unused, and ensure that it is in a properly sealed condition as you received it, with its original packaging. Our complete review process will take three to four working days post receipt of the outfit, and you will be informed about same maximum within a weeks’ time. All approved returns and/or exchanges will be given in the form of credit notes, with a maximum validity of six months from the date of issue and can be redeemed only on www.pragatiarora.com

  • The user will not have any right to dispute on the value of the refund and the sole right of asserting the value of the outfit, which is approved for refund will be decided by us.
  • Refund will be provided for products purchased from www.pragatiarora.com only.
  • Products purchased on discounts and or under schemes will not be entitled for refund.
  • Credit note can be used for same or higher value only.
